Install missing dependencies and test cwl pipeline on Lentilla

Make sure the cwl pipeline can run on lentilla install missing dependencies as needed.

Installed the following the following dependencies:

• sudo pip install biopython (https://biopython.org/wiki/Download)
• sudo pip uninstall backports.functools_lru_cache
• sudo pip install backports.functools_lru_cache
• sudo pip install matplotlib

Our servers have python 2.7 and python 3.4 installed but Matplotlib 3.0+ does not support Python 2.x, 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, or 3.4.

Beginning with Matplotlib 3.0, Python 3.5 and above is required.
