Install missing dependencies and test cwl pipeline on Dirigo

Make sure the cwl pipeline can run on dirigo install missing dependencies as needed.

Installed the following the following dependencies:

• sudo pip install biopython (https://biopython.org/wiki/Download)
• sudo pip uninstall backports.functools_lru_cache
• sudo pip install backports.functools_lru_cache
• sudo pip install matplotlib
