Can i use this for call to chellphones in colombia using: https://developer.nexmo.com/voice/sip/overview

Hi, if your GSM gateway will be located in colombia and connected to IP-PBX Asterisk, you can make call to cellphones there. Routing of the calls is managed by Asterisk. Software and example configuration, that I plan to publish can be used for this purpose with a little refactor. It is suitated only for one GSM gateway and two operator's like users.
