Problem with X Axis (yaw movement) #2

Hi, I have a problem with rotation on X axis (marked Z on GY-85 sensor) with arduino nano v3. When I move X axis the movement is ok but return in zero position slowly instead to remain in last position. Do you have an idea? Can be the sensor the problem? I have see your video at link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QpO1Wty3F3I and i don't see the same problem. In the video when you move the sensor to left or right it stay in position and don't return to the center position. I Tried with other arduino firmware similary but the problem persist. I tried to look in the arduino code but I'm not expert and i haven't found nothing to change to resolve the problem. Many thanks.

I don't know what the issue could be. I remember that I had some sensor drift over time but that was over a few minutes of usage and would be affected by sensor temperature and stuff like that.
