Blank PDF only one course of all #464

When i download the PDF is blank, totally empty. I have a lot of courses in moodle, but just one have this issue. Can anyone help me? All config and set params are the same. Best Regards. Robert.

Can you please turn on debugging (see https://docs.moodle.org/311/en/Debugging) and tell me if there is a stack trace error?

I turn on debugging mode but i dont see error message. Only appear in footer the next:

When you log in as a teacher and edit the certificate settings and click 'Save changes and preview` is it blank then? Also what elements do you have displayed on the certificate?

Thanks Mark for your time and responding to my messages. When I edit the template, and Save changes and preview, I see the certificate is perfect. The elements i have in certificate are:

Hi Mark, I hope you are well. Can you see my last message? The elements in certificate are: Student Name, Background, Date, Course Name.

Hi @romendiondo the picture you attempted to add does not display correctly.

I can't understand why it would be blank with an element like a 'Student Name' since that is a necessity for any Moodle user. Do you have access to your error logs to see if there is an error being generated when you attempt to download the PDF?
