Code verification is not case sensitive #482

When verifying the certificate code, the verification page will say "Verified" even if the case of the letters is not correct. i.e. 'FUrwesyU9V' is verified as well as 'fuRWESYu9v' and 'furwesyu9v' and 'FURWESYU9V'
