Support International student names #498

While I understand that Moodle is probably older than UTF-8, I was surprised to find that this mod could not handle Turkish (and other non-basic-ASCII) characters, instead displaying a ? where there should be a character with an accent or diacritic mark. Can we get modern support for character sets?

Closing. This is an issue with the TCPDF library and the fonts that are included. You need to use a font that supports these characters. See https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=395896.
