Tarball does not include RPM files for 'rpmbuild -ta' #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. autogen.sh
2. ./configure
3. make dist-gzip
4. rpmbuild -ta neatx-0.3.1.tar.gz

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
   This should build an RPM of the current version, successfully, from scratch.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
   Subversion downloaded trunk, revision 59, on RHEL 5.

Please provide any additional information below.
   Makefile.am is lacking EXTRA_DIST entries for 'autogen.sh' and 'extras/rpm/neatx.initscript'. I've attached an updated version.
   The .spec file is somewhat out of date and not set to use neatx-0.3.1.tar.gz, but a manually built neatx-0.1.tar.gz. I'll update that in a separate message with other fixes.
