Consider using the cross crate to create executables for Linux/x86 and Windows.

Requires:

[x] On merge: build and run tests.
[ ] On successful merge: tag repository, ideally using version in toml file, and only if a tag does not exist.
[ ] After tagging, create release.
[ ] After release is created attach assets as individual files or as an archive.

Is this one work multiples?
