[Car] Driving model job

Based on the recording job that receive the training output model path we need to :

• [ ] Manually create a job DRIVING_MODEL assigned to the current car with the current player
• [ ] Develop this job that will :
  • [ ] Uncompressed the archive
  • [ ] Act as a part behind the manager with the same input and output as the Keras part
  • [ ] Be started when the user press "X"
  • [ ] Stops after "driving_time" or cancelled event
