[Car + Client View] Drive Model - Mode with manual / human throttle and AI steering #262

We could add using a button a mode with manual throttle (acceleration) using the standard commands on the PS4 controller and AI only used for the steering.

This would be usefull for models trained with a lot of record at throttle 0 (when the car is stopped).
