Internet connection sucks and will always be bad, we need a way to

[x] retry FTP transfer multiple times on AI Worker side (download and upload), during at least 7-8 min ? retry curve ?
[x] retry transfer locally on the car, let the user know the number of attempts (on the screen)

Maybe other ideas ...

We won't have number of attempts on the screen only in the logs, applied only on the AI Trainer for now
