I just created a basic Makefile for building an image and the raw binary, and a simple Dockerfile. Let me know if it needs edits. Thanks!

Apologies, I do not deploy my services via Docker and would prefer not to add Makefiles either. To make sure this doesn't eventually rot due to my lack of use, I'm going to politely close this out. Thanks for your time.
