This happens on Ubuntu focal kernel (5.4).
On Ubuntu launchpad builder, https://launchpadlibrarian.net/683116803/buildlog_ubuntu-mantic-amd64.golang-github-mdlayher-vsock_1.2.1-1_BUILDING.txt.gz
On my local focal VM, it says ETIMEDOUT
