Restore original LGPL license

restores the original license from https://github.com/nose-devs/nose

• the LICENSE file is replaced with the contents of the original https://github.com/nose-devs/nose/blob/master/lgpl.txt
• restore the license strings in setup.py to their original values from https://github.com/nose-devs/nose/blob/master/setup.py

replacing the MIT license requires sign-off from the two copyright holders:

Looks like there’s https://github.com/mdmintz/pynose/pull/31 now. Thanks for putting in work here; I was just considering it in the context of general licence/copyright compliance.
