Dear Author,
I use defense-finder for lots of jobs with a HPC cluster of slurm job scheduler and a shared-storage.
I found that defense-finder will seek/open/state a lots of database files when it runs.
So I want to ask, is there some command parameter that I can reduce the shared-storage's iops?
For example as specify a parameters --tmp_dir=/tmp or --memdb to load all DB to memory once to speed up process and reduce iops.
Thanks a lot!
