Missing specification link (no spec_url property)

This is a backlog issue to resolve the missing spec url for command/commandfor, once it has been merged.

It is not clear what specific feature you are referring to. Could you please update the title to include a full BCD feature identifier?

I've updated it @queengooborg. This one was mostly added per request of @Josh-Cena in https://github.com/mdn/content/pull/30829. I intend to complete the missing data as soon as the spec lands (feel free to assign to me).
