[WebAPI] WebVR is disabled by default #12582

Acceptance Criteria

For folks helping with Firefox related documentation

Features to document

WebVR has been superseeded by WebXR - we should probably discuss whether to remove the docs (there's already a depreciated note)

Check the VR docs to make sure depreciated is obvious on all of them - with links to the XR docs. Rel note & bcd will be needed

@Rumyra Given that Samsung internet still supports this I'm going to assume we don't delete the docs and/or BCD. Will proceed with this as though that is the case. I have asked Daniel for an opinion too in https://github.com/mdn/browser-compat-data/pull/14821#issue-839929642

Yeh that sounds ok to me - maybe the guideline here is to have a time limit (like no browsers have been supporting this for x amount of time) or at least wait until it's disabled by all the major ones...

FWIW I think our guideline should match BCD, who already have one. Though I can't remember it, hence pinged Daniel. I've done all the work except for dev-doc-complete - will look at that when BCD is finished.
