What specific section or headline is this issue about?
I've been trying almost 3 months now with you guys to recover my Gmail account why is it that I send all of my documents to you guys yet you still say unfortunately you couldn't recover my account lajak870@gmail.com
What information was incorrect, unhelpful, or incomplete?
The information that is incorrect is the information that you guys are submitting back to me lajak870@gmail.com I created with Gmail as well as GitHub even Apple why is it that you guys are sending me emails a day later or two telling me that unfortunately you guys cannot help due to lack of documents when I submitted everything to you guys this is my email account that was compromised I need it unhacked. I don't understand what the issue is

Maybe this will help you guys understand that this is my email address that has been compromised and I'm a victim of identity theft I need my account password unhacked this is been ongoing over 3 months it's ridiculous now I'm about to just file a grievance with the state attorney general and FTC , and I have the inspector General's office on the head as I'm emailing him currently right now about this identity theft you guys are not making it any easier this is my email account.
