Now that Kuma has collapsed to something near its minimal state, we need to remove the ssr, api, and kumascript services, deployments, and HPAs. I'd like to test these changes on stage before we merge, but @peterbe feel free to review now and see if I've missed anything.

@peterbe I tested this on stage (deployed using this code, clicked around, signed-in/signed-up, etc.) and it works great! I'm going to merge this.
