[ko] sync battery status api #23802

Battery Status API에서 deprecate된 window.navigator.battery 등을 지우고, 최신 en-US 문서와 동기화합니다.

reviewdog의 suggestion은 변경 전후가 동일해서 반영할 수 없는데 이것 때문에 lint 테스트를 통과하지 못하고 있습니다..

@SeojinSeojin 님, 아래 3가지 사항 하기 commit에 반영했습니다. 원래는 기여자분께 수정 요청을 드리지만, 현재 PR이 생성된지 조금 오래된듯하여 제가 반영 후 머지할 예정입니다~!

다음 기여때 참고하셔서 같이 반영해주시면 좋을듯합니다.

(1) 문서 갱신 표시 안내에 따라 l10n.sourceCommit를 meta data에 추가했습니다. (2) 용어 안내서에 따라 sub title 번역 수정 (3) 원본과 다른 내용 수정
