Update to decode-audio-data example #108

Overall these changes align this older example's code with the new Promise-based example in the decode-audio-promise folder. Specific changes include:

Caches the buffer between plays.
Replaces "class" with "id" and querySelector with getElementById.
Replaces setAttribute and removeAttribute with direct property settings.
Prettier.
