[Feature Request] Hide tooltip when mouse moved to area without any text #25

Could you please add feature to hide tooltip with translations when mouse moved to area without any text? Tooltip prevents reading a web-page and I often need to close the tooltip by clicking by close button at right upper corner. It could be a checkbox in settings so user might choose to hide or do not hide translation tooltip automatically.
