Clean up "this field is required". The red text looks like they already submitted it with errors.

Make the font a bit lighter and black. Parentishis. Instead of

"This field is required"

make it...

"(required)"

Also see if you can place it closer to the question, there is a bigger gap than we need between the question and the notification.
