126 taxon ids changed with latest release

I found a number of taxa whose ids changed between the July 2012 version and 
the recent one.  This seems to have something to do with the treatment of 
homonyms. In the cases I checked, there is a homonym pair where one id is 
stable while the other one is unstable.

In case you don't want to open the attachment, here are some examples:
name - id before - id after

instable ID bug when it comes to autonyms:
