Prefer accepted usage when multiple exist #66

Catalogue of Life sometimes has 2 usages for the same taxon, but usually only 
one is marked as accepted while the other is "doubtful". Currently is random 
which one, in particular which taxonomy, gets picked for the nub. Chose the 
accepted one in case we have the choice!
