Fix NubGenerator to avoid wrong species homonyms #73

The current nub generator creates 2 homonym species for Oenanthe cypriaca, 
although its only a single species. The genus Oenanthe is a known homonym 
genus. It seems to happen because one source provides the species O.cypriaca 
without any classification.
