This appears to be the correct version of the species Tulostoma exasperatum
taken from index fungorum:
http://ecat-dev.gbif.org/usage/3333718
Tulostoma exasperatum Mont.

And here are 2 more canonical ones that claim to be created as implicit species
for infraspecific varieties:

Tulostoma exasperatum var. exasperatum Mont.

Tulostoma exasperatum var. ridleyi (Massee) J.E. Wright

Seems to be a general issue of not merging implicit names with ones backed from
source usages

For these case the genus is a known homonym.
The homonym informer and nub build was fixed in r4819 so this artifact does not
appear anymore:
http://ecat-dev.gbif.org/search?q=Megalospora&rkey=1
http://ecat-dev.gbif.org/search?q=Tulostoma&rkey=1

Still there are other duplications existing for other reasons:
http://ecat-dev.gbif.org/search?q=Porina+chiomela&rkey=1
http://ecat-dev.gbif.org/search?q=Collema+cristatum&rkey=1
