bird genus Pachycephala missing #77

Latest CoL and ITIS contain the bird genus Pachycephala.
In the nub its an insect and no homonym, apparently taken from a doubtful CoL 
record:

This might be an issue of using an old CoL & ITIS version

nub generator should prefer the accepted over the doubtful.

The new CoL only has the bird genus, so this should get into the nub eventually:
