Derive nub species profile #83

A single global species profile for nub usages would be great to have, 
assembled from checklist species profiles, but also from other knowledge. For 
example all species in WoRMS are marine because the metadata tells us. IRMNG 
provides us with lots of extinct and marine information about genera which can 
be applied to their included species.
