Always use lowest rank as scientific name #1

Taxa of unknown rank or clades will have a wrong scientific name. For example the Corticata clade is named Eukaryota in the current dwca: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corticata

Can we trust that the last entry in the Taxobox is the scientific name, regardless its rank?
