Front page showing comments, author and promotion/Tags Page Spelling Mistake (Russ) #315

Make the front page cleaner and have more information about the issue present, such as comments and author. Align the promote left justified so it is seen easier.

Fixed a spelling mistake in the popular tags page, switched 'questions' to 'issues'
