Issue #329: Add link to facebook and twitter accounts on user profile (Xiaolin) #334

Fixes Issue #329.

This adds a link to allow users to visit another user's twitter and facebook accounts directly (instead of just text). This should display a direct link to the user's twitter/facebook profile or None if it is not specified.

Xiaolin has offered to review this.
