• [ ] 4 person co-op play where each person has a single piece of the suit, players can perform combo moves by combining different pieces of the Suit of Power to perform unique actions, potential implementation: player presses a button to start a combo action and they enter a pose indicating they are ready to perform the action, another player approaches and presses the same button to perform the action with them
• [ ] potential combo actions, shield + gun = dark matter ray, shield + boots = shield tackle, helmet + gun = homing missile, helmet + shield = dome shield
• [ ] health ideas: all 4 players can share the same health bar similar to Tri-Force Heros, maybe have independent health bars as an optional game type
• [ ] platformer with obstacles that can only be overcome by combining suit pieces and cooperating, ideas: rubble/rocks than can only be broken through with shield + boots to dash through them or shield + gun to blow it away
• [ ] maybe pieces can each have multiple abilities which can be combined in different ways to produce different combo actions, ideas: boots can run fast and anchor the user to the ground so boots + shield = shield tackle or boots + shield = shield resistant to movement, this idea requires an effective and quick UI to choose which abilities to use

Lazer Team the Game (Multiplayer)

• 4 player co-op platformer game
• each player is a character from the movie
  • Hagan (Shield)
  • Zach (Gun)
  • Herman (Boots)
  • Woody (Helmet)
• mechanics
  • WASD to move
  • all player's have a basic punch/kick attack
  • each player's suit piece has a different ability
    • Boots
    • run fast
    • Gun
    • shoots (mega-man style, side-to-side only)
    • Shield
    • blocks projectiles/attacks (side-to-side only)
    • Helmet
    • perception
      • everything else slow, but helmet user normal speed(?)
      • exposes a crack in a wall that needs to be broken down
      • timing mechanics, slows them down so they're easier to see
      • expose weak points on larger enemies
  • abilities can be combined
    • special button to enter "combo pose", another player stands next to them and hits the same button to perform the combo
    • shield + gun = dark matter ray
    • shield + boots = super dash attack
    • shield + helmet = dome shield
    • helmet + gun = homing missile
    • helmet + boots = speed & perception boost
    • boots + gun = speed & shooting
  • cool down meter for each character
    • prevents abuse of the abilities
    • meter recharges over time, but drains as the abilities are used
    • combo abilities drain both players
  • obstacles
    • helmet can make icons display over the obstacles to show the appropriate combos to use
    • rubble/rocks that can be smashed or blown up
    • dark matter ray
    • super dash attack
    • areas with low ceilings that prevent jumping to avoid attacks
    • shield to block while moving forward
    • walls whose weaknesses can be exposed with the helmet
    • players can hit the weak point to break through
    • laser grids
    • boots + helmet for timing and speed
    • barriers that need to be slid underneath
    • boots while attacking to slide
  • enemies
  • flying enemies that attack from above (require homing missile to hit)
    • robot drones
  • stationary enemies
    • gunners attached to the ground (requiring shield to block attacks to approach a switch to turn off)
  • basic enemies
    • walk back and forth
    • some can shoot
  • boss enemies with attacks from above that cannot be dodged
    • dome shield to block the attacks
  • boss enemies whose weaknesses are visible with the helmet
