The help button doesn't do anything when pressed during the interactive soccer scene

Will need to talk to Marc and Amy to see what they think it should do. Maybe just repeat the question like the repeat button does?

Edit: this also occurs during the beginning of the Happy Scene when the player is playing Skeeball. Edit 2: this also occurs during the Scared Scene when the player is jumping the gaps

I'll probably just disable the button during the places where it isn't appropriate to have enabled.

Edit: Talked to Marc and Amy, they confirmed we should just disable the button in these cases
