Added comments for soundcloud regex #128

Small edits to add comments on the regex. Just to make it easier for someone looking at this code later.

I'm sorry but this comes off as spammy with hacktoberfest going on, if you plan on doing another pull request for something else (I think you wanted to work on #120) you can always add it there
