Backend API #11

We need to create an API for the IOS and Android apps. We will also use this API to populate the map with truck locations.

We will build the API with DRF(Django Rest Framework) https://www.django-rest-framework.org/

You should read up on some of the documentation. I want this app to be called food_truck_tracking_api.

Make sure to add to settings.py ('' and start typing the name of app)

Make sure to add to requiremets.txt (pip freeze >requirements.txt)
