Support spaces on $(DESTDIR) and fix file copying #2

This commit adds support for building the package from a directory whose path contains spaces, and also fixes some files not being copied to /usr/share/doc/systemd-zram due to unintended characters introduced in the $(PREFIX) and $(DESTDIR) variables.
