Wiggle toggle to retoggle

Remember how the "live mic" was/is? The same thing has happened to the wibbles wobble.

So you toggle to wiggle actors props, enter scene, they don't wiggle, leave scene, retoggle, reenter scene, wiggle on brother.

Also, If I restarted the scene they'd stop wiggling.

I enabled wiggle props on actor1- entered a scene- the props wiggled- I left the scene and then re-entered it and they wiggled- can you tell me how to reproduce the issue you were having? Thanks
