Scene menu is corrupted when AiConversationTemplates are not there #440

At least two ways to reproduce this:

  1. Delete all AiConversationTemplate directories. Start NP, go to Scene Menu.
  2. Delete one of the actor dialog file in a particular template directory. Start NP, go to Scene Menu.
