To reproduce:

Select FOIs using "disease" button.
Use default background.
Select GFs - ENCODE/DNAse/Tier1.
Check "Annotation analysis"

rowsToCols command can be found after adding ~/.local/bin to path, But the error persists:

mdozmorov commented 8 years ago

Appears to be 16.04 Ubuntu-specific. Runs fine on 14.04
