Correlation p-values file location messed up #14

pearsons_cor_matrix outputs correlation matrix and p-value matrix. The path for the latter is split by ".". It causes "*pvalue.txt" file to be outputted like ~/db_3_pvalue.txt.

We need to have it in the results folder.
