Add a narrator to give a play-by-play of the game

This looks awesome. A few changes:

• I actually unified the observers/narrator, now all observers should be able to handle variable argument lengths - https://github.com/mdp/MachinePoker/blob/farktronix-Narrator/src/play.coffee#L25
• I changed binions slightly on 'betAction'. removed the explicit ref to the player, since we can use 'this' - https://github.com/mdp/MachinePoker/blob/farktronix-Narrator/src/play.coffee#L59
• Added 'hoyle' as a project dependency
• Minor: I fixed the indentation. The rest of the project is 2 spaces

I'm gonna add you as a collaborator, so can you to double check this branch directly and make any additional changes you want? I'll merge it into master when you give me the OK. It's at under 'farktronix-Narrator' at https://github.com/mdp/MachinePoker/tree/farktronix-Narrator

Looks good to me! I had one trivial tweak (the narrator variable wasn't used any more) but other than that it's good to merge. Thanks!
