GLU support #177

Any plans?

No. I had a binding for it in Derelict 1 & 2, but GLU is not recommended to use anymore. So I decided to drop it for Derelict 3. Also, Derelict 3 is no longer supported. I won't be adding any new packages or maintaining it at all anymore. All new Derelict work is over at https://github.com/DerelictOrg/.
