Hide system files

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Request: Notebook system files should be hidden (node.xml, page.html,
__NOTEBOOK__, __TRASH__). The reason for this is that it would make a
cleaner directory structure when browsing through it when using another
application. -- Basically, I can browse through the directory structure
using any file browser, or the file open browser from an application to
locate a document (such as attaching a document to an email message), or
use Notebook and get the bonus of notes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6.2 on Ubuntu 9.10
