Add the possibilty to move a folder from a notebook to another

Usual case is the same that in Issue 24 :

Mary makes use of only one notebook named "General" and has different
folders and sub-folders in it.
Then a folder ("Family") becomes too big and Mary wants to create an
independant notebook for it to not be distracted with other entries.
Therefore she creates a Family notebook and then wants to move all family
entries from the 1st notebook to the new one.

Therefore Mary needs an option to move a folder from a notebook to another

My thought is more to a import/export function and leave the deletion to the 
users
discretion or optional, now I do it manual and keepnote accepts it without 
problems
(there seems no need to change any core code). Each node is a directory, just 
don't
copy the whole notebook directory, two notebook.nbk's in one notebook directory 
lead
to strange phenomena. I think the same window can be used to do this from ID35
"Default keepnote data location suggestion". This is just a suggestion.
