HTML importer #435

I used to use Evernote in Windows and wish to convert those files over
to a Linux app, preferably Keepnote, since it's my favorite Evernote
replacement app, so far.

Evernote can export files to HTML, so thought it would be great if
Keepnote had an HTML import feature.

Evernote and Tomboy (and probably Gnote) and Basket can export to HTML. It would really help to have an HTML importer.
