Create a Matt Rasmussen sanctioned github repository for Keepnote proper. #514

The long list of defects and enhancements listed could be remedied much quicker
by the subset of developers that use Keepnote. The lack of a github repo for
Keepnote is a serious impediment to such collaboration.

I'm happy to fork and maintain a github repo, but it would be much better if it
were sanctioned by the project founder. I am not aware of the rationale for
having a repo for the extensions, but not the main code base.

I understand that it is desirable to have as much add-on functionality packaged
into self-contained extensions, however some of the rich edit bugs (ie.
weirdness with bullet points and formatting not toggling when at the start of a
line) would be better address in mainline rather than some monkey-patched
extension.

Knowing that you can visible contribute to an open-source project is an
enormous motivator that shouldn't be underestimated.

ACK, some versionning and more developers can help to made this app better.

I tried Basket Notepads, then CherryTree and KeepNote is winner. I translated
it to slovak language, while it seems to be application with potencial to be a
best. But now it seems to be one man show, and this is not good for development
speed.
