Port to Gtk3

I started a port of this code to Gtk3.

One problem is withstanding though: gtkspell

gtkspell is a gtk2 library, and the recent (and stalled) gtk3 port doesn't have 
any python binding that I know of yet.

I'll try to explore other possibilities later (like using pyenchant directly in 
python).

I'll have the code posted on github within 2 days, just wanted to know if 
anyone is interested in the porting process.
