Hi, do you maintain by your own the rpy version, or it is linked with their sourceforge svn? I saw you have commented line 77 of src/RPy.h and I have read in somewhere to change this values from Rdevices.h to Rembedded.h As well, you changed the Rlapack to lapack on setup.py Both were my problems too. Any way, if you want to test this pull request, I could send it.

I am maintaining this fork just for my own use. Some of my other projects still uses the original rpy (not rpy2). I found that the official source code did not install smoothly, so I made this fork. If you have a pull request, I'm happy to look at it. However, maybe the best thing to do is for us to suggest our changes to main project (if they're still interested in maintaining the original rpy).
